Hobbit Book Chapters to Movie Scenes
Prologue
-Suggested Prologues-I imagine a prologue in which we see Smaug arriving at the Mountain and killing almost all the Dwarves inside, and Thrain and Thror fleeing through the Back Door and reaching young Thorin outside. So when Thorin at Bag End tells his story, we should be able to see the very end of this same episode but from another point of view.

I think it should start with Bilbo sitting inside his study, writing in his book, and his voice as a narrator, talking about how the Hobbits are an easy-going race and never do anything unexpected. And go on like that for a while, and then the camera zooms in on his book as he writes "In a hole in the ground there lived a Hobbit". And then the actual movie begins.
